New Work / Group Show

TOM FRENCH MIX STUDIO 1 130 x 100

My latest painting Osmosis will be exhibited as part of ‘Summer Mix’, the biannual group show at Lawrence Alkin Gallery, London. The exhibition will feature a cross section of art from practitioners across the galleries roster.

On display will be a selection of original artwork and editions from a host of acclaimed and emerging British and International artists including Damien Hirst, Teresa Duck, Nick Smith, Francis Bacon, Sepe, Keaton Henson, Zoe Grace, Harland Miller, Grayson Perry, Candice Tripp, Erin Smith and Lucy Sparrow.

Progress

Here’s some work in progress for the Lawrence Alkin Gallery summer group show, opening later this month. There still a lot of work to go into this one, so I’ll follow up in a couple of weeks with the finished piece and full details of the exhibition.

THE SAINT, Group Show, May 13th & 14th

Myself and my partner Teresa Duck will be exhibiting alongside collection of artists this weekend (may 13/14), as part of THE SAINT, at the iconic Newcastle landmark St Nicholas Cathedral.

The two day exhibition hosted by Unit 44 Gallery is presented as part of the Late Shows – an annual late-night event at various cultural and historic locations across our home town of Newcastle Upon Tyne.

Print Release

The two print editions released as part of my TRANSCEND exhibition are now available online from Lawrence Alkin Gallery.

Each edition comes as either a regular silkscreen print, or as a very limited hand embellished version. The video below shows part of the process for these hand embellished images.
